I'm evaluating Dupe Eliminator on 130 GB music library. I installed
and opened the app at 10 AM this morning and now it is 2:30 PM and it
is still "Acquiring and processing your iTunes Music Library. . ."
Should I keep waiting or is something wrong?

Which version of iTunes are you running?

When you start Dupe Eliminator do you see iTunes start and then minimize? Try the following:

1. Exit iTunes if it is running then start Dupe Eliminator -- does iTunes start, minimize then Dupe Eliminator keeps running?
2. Leave iTunes running and start Dupe Eliminator?

How many entries are in your iTunes Library? We have had customers with 70,000+ entries successfully run -- do ou have more? If so it may b a memory problem in which can we can send you an email to adjust the memory usage?

I bought this product and I am having the same problem reported here. My iTunes library has over 75K songs and when I try to load it, the Dupe hangs after about 60%. I've tried the first two suggestions listed in the earlier reply but no luck. How do I adjust memory suggested in the above reply? Any help/insights will be greatly appreciated.

I am am also freezing after 79%

I am running Dupe Elimator 3.9, I-Tunes 7.0 and have about 25k songs.

The Error message is that "I-Tunes is very busy".

Please advise.
